If you can’t make any of these sessions\, you can send another member of your team. If no one can make a session\,  you can arrange a catch-up session with your consultant\, but we’ll make an additional charge.  \nWe’ll use Zoom for these sessions\, unless we’ve agreed otherwise with your group.
