I don't want to pay for my order by card, can I be invoiced?

Yes- you can place your order through our website and opt for payment by invoice. If you are requesting an invoice this must include a purchase order number and an email address for the person responsible for payment of invoices. The goods and invoice will be dispatched at the same time.

How can I get a VAT invoice/receipt for a card payment made directly on your website?

If you pay by card directly on our website/platform, we won't automatically send you a VAT invoice/receipt. If you do require one, then please contact us.

Can I place my order via email?

Please note all orders must be placed through the website. If there are items you are looking to order that are not available to purchase online, then please contact us.

When will my order arrive?

We endeavour to post goods as quickly as possible, usually within a week, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. 

I need my order asap, can I have next day delivery?

We are unable to offer next day delivery but please contact us if you require goods urgently and we will try our best to get these dispatched as soon as possible.

I am abroad, can I place an order with nurtureuk? 

All international orders must be paid for prior to the goods being released.  The quickest way to do this is to pay using card payment directly onto the website.

Postage and packaging charges:

The p&p costs for UK orders are £5.46 for the first item and £0.60 for each extra item.

Europe - £10 for the first item + £3.00 for each extra.

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - £15 for the first item + £4.00 for each extra

Rest of the World - £20 for the first item + £4.00 for each extra.
