Do you provide online services?
We do provide online training and consultancy and webinar sesisons. You can sign up for these from our website. To book an online consultancy session, please contatc us.
Can I talk to someone about which of your services would fit us best?
Absolutely- please contact us with a few details about you and what you are looking to do and we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
I'm interested in booking multiple services/products from yourselves, do you do packages?
We do offer bespoke packages, to discuss the terms and obtain a quote from us please contact our business development team on email@example.com.
How do I go about booking services to be delivered in-house?
If you would like to book services to be delivered directly in your settings, please contact us.
How can I find out if there is a course near me and if there are places left?
All available courses are advertised on our website, you can check availability by clicking on "Register Now" at the bottom of the page.
What if I don't know the name of the person for whom I am booking a place on a course yet?
That's fine, you can go ahead and book the place with "Name TBC" and your own email address in the relevant fields. As soon as the name of the person attending the course is confirmed, please contact us to let us know.
How do I go about booking a place on one of your courses?
All bookings must come via our website, therefore please visit our training page, once you find a suitable trainign course, please scroll down and go to "Register Now". You will then go through the booking process. Make sure you get all the way to our "Thank you for registering" message.
Why haven't I received confirmation of my booking?
Some people mistake the "review your details" page for the confirmation of booking. At this stage, there is one more step before the booking is complete and it is to confirm the details shown are correct. You will then be taken to the "thank you" page which marks the end of the process.
Another reason might be that the confirmation email is sent automatically by our booking system therefore it might end up in your junk emails or get blocked by your security system.
If you do require a confirmation email and cannot find one, then please contact us.
Can you confirm if my colleague is booked on a course?
If you would like to check a colleague is sucessfully booked on one of course, then please contact us with their name and the name, date and location of the course.
Can I change the name of the person booked to attend a course?
Yes, you can change the name of the person attending a course up to its start.
Can I change my booking to a different date/venue?
You can transfer your booking to a different course than the one originally booked. You can find our terms and conditions here.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can cancel a booking for training or consultancy services. You can find our terms and conditions here.
If my course is postponed/cancelled, can I get a refund?
If we postone or cancel a course, we will contact delegates directly with further information as to what the next steps are.
