Wellbeing Toolkit for Teens

Rationale
The mental health of young people is becoming a very real issue for those supporting them in learning and social contexts. As they grow and develop, young people must navigate a complex and ever-changing world, facing challenges and pressures in numerous aspects of their lives. The Wellbeing Toolkit for Teens builds on the skills and knowledge of key interventions and therapeutic approaches providing a resource for professionals to support young people in developing skills and strategies to support wellbeing.

Brief overview of the course:
The 20 modules include facilitator notes on delivery and activity sheets for students. Each module has a 20 slide Powerpoint.
Staff who come on this training course will gain a deeper knowledge on the modules, including:

• Developing a growth mindset for wellbeing and success

• Developing assertiveness and confidence
