Adele has worked as a teacher for over 26 years, across primary, secondary and special settings, most recently as a member of SLT and lead teacher of a nurture group. Adele and her team achieved the Marjorie Boxall Quality Mark Award for their nurture group.

Currently Adele is an Education Consultant/Trainer and is privileged to visit schools (virtually and in person) regularly all over the UK. Specialisms include nurture groups, the Boxall Profile® and a range of nurturing interventions.

She believes passionately in the Six Principles of Nurture, the power and positive outcomes of nurture groups, the whole-school nurture approach and, of course, the Boxall Profile®.

Adele is a mother of two, dog walker, live music gig-goer, proud Northerner and always aims for a glass half-full outlook.
