Adele has worked as a teacher for over 26 years, across primary, secondary and special settings, most recently as a member of SLT and lead teacher of a nurture group. Adele and her school team achieved the Marjorie Boxall Quality Mark Award for their nurture group.
Carrie has a similar depth of experience in schools from EYFS to year nine. She has been a SENCO, inclusion lead, deputy headteacher, and a nurture lead that has established nurture classrooms. With a life-long passion for eco initiatives, ethical ideas and inclusive nurturing environments, Carrie led her school with national initiatives in these areas.
