Develop Nurturing Transitions Pack

Support class, key stage or school transitions

Looking for practical ways to support your pupils as they move classes, key stages or schools? Or do you find pupils struggle with micro-transitions like settling after break time?

This pack brings together three of our popular e-learning courses and includes access for five members of staff. It will support you and your team develop your nurturing approach to transitions by:

  • Equipping you with practical strategies for helping learners navigate all types of transition
  • Empowering you to create nurturing environments that foster belonging and boost self-esteem using the relational approach
  • Deepen your understanding of working with parents, families and carers in a nurturing way

Your team will learn more about how macro and micro-transitions affect children and young people, and how to build security and self-esteem to help them to navigate the inevitable changes that life brings.

My eldest really struggles to come to school in the morning as she has problems when there’s transitions. The nurture side of the school is just amazing. They are safe being able to continue with their education - mentally safe, physically safe, happy - so that they can grow healthy and happy in education and at home as well.
