Anna is currently working as a Family Liaison Officer and Deputy Senco across a group of small primary schools.

She has been involved with nurture since 2015 and was a School Nurture Lead until last summer, which involved utilising the Boxall Profile® for interventions and additional support. Anna is an accredited Trauma Informed Practitioner and has delivered in-school nurture training, in particular how to embed a nurture approach within a School Behaviour Policy. Anna believes that her experience with nurture has significantly enhanced her professional practice and my understanding of the importance of supporting each child’s wellbeing.

Outside of work, Anna is a Chairperson of a Football Club, which keeps her weekends busy…she is also a dedicated mum, wife and friend.
