Relational Practice training for schools - online CPD E-Learning course

Unlock improvements to behaviour and engagement with the relational approach

We know schools today are are managing:

  • Rising SEMH complexity
  • Behaviour issues that repeat
  • Inconsistent relational responses across staff
  • Limited staff release time for CPD
  • Tight budgets

Good relationships are “miracle grow” for the brain. Nothing is more powerful. We must find ways to increase the number of positive human interactions for our children.

Dr Bruce Perry

Our practical e-learning course on relational practice in school will help you to:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of why positive relationships are crucial for a child’s development and learning.
  • Implement practical strategies and tools to foster a stronger connections with students and the wider school community.
  • Build better connections with pupils to improve their learning and engagement.

Behaviour policies alone are not shifting outcomes and one-off workshops don’t build shared relational capability. You need practical, scalable training that embeds structured relational approaches across your whole team.

Why this matters now

  • Inconsistent responses escalate behaviour
  • Staff confidence varies widely
  • New staff need induction into a relational culture
  • Budget and time constraints limits face-to-face CPD opportunities

This training solves those pressures in a way that fits your timetable and budget.
