Terms and Conditions - Boxall Profile® Handbook (revised edition) giveaway for members

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to current members of nurtureuk who are residents of the United Kingdom.
• Members must be over the age of 18 or have parental consent to participate.

• The giveaway entry period begins on Wednesday 17th January and ends on Wednesday 31st January at 11.59pm.

• Members can enter the giveaway by completing the Boxall Profile® Handbook member giveaway Boxall Profile® testimonial form.
• One entry per member.

• The prize is one copy of the Boxall Profile® Handbook (Revised 2023)
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

• The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on Monday 5th February 2024, and the winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

• The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days.
• Failure to respond within the specified period will result in the selection of an alternative winner.

• By entering the giveaway, participants grant nurtureuk permission to use their first name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

• nurtureuk reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or show any signs of fraudulent activity.

• nurtureuk reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
